Anne-Marie Duff is an English actress and narration. Duff was a TV character as a narrator and actress in Trial & Retribution Amongst Women & Aristocrats, in the 1990s. She became famous for her role as Fiona Gallagher, the lead character in UK TV's Shameless for its first two seasons. The Virgin Queen (2006) was her first appearance as queen Elizabeth as Queen Elizabeth in The Virgin Queen, and she also performed the principal character in From Darkness (2015). Duff is known for her roles as a character in Enigma (2002) The Magdalene Sisters French Film (2008) The Last Station Nowhere Boy Before I Go to Sleep (2014) as well as Suffragette. In 2015, the Virgin Queen Shameless Nowhere Boy Suffragette Shameless And The Virgin Queen earned her BAFTA nods for Best Actresses and Best Supporting actresses. The History of Mr Polly was the film in which she was awarded her BAFTA Cymru Award as Best Actress. Anne-Marie Duff excels as an English award-winning actress.
